Search Continues For Missing South Windsor Woman
Jessica Edwards, 30, has not been seen for a week, prompting an extensive search by law enforcement officers, friends and residents.

SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — The search continues for a woman missing from her South Windsor home for a week, with law enforcement officers executing search warrants and friends and residents trying to locate her.
On Friday, South Windsor police, assisted by the Connecticut State Police Major Crimes unit, searched the residence of Jessica Edwards, 30, as well as three associated vehicles in order to obtain any evidence pertaining to her disappearance. Police canine units also searched the area surrounding her home, according to Sgt. Mark Cleverdon.
Friends canvassed the area on Saturday, but Edwards was not found.

Edwards was last seen May 10 around 7 a.m., and was reported missing by her family. She called out of her clinical training at Hartford Hospital that day, her phone was off and her vehicle was left at her home, Cleverdon said.
"We will continue to work with our local, state and federal partners to use all the resources at our disposal to help and find Jessica," Cleverdon said Monday.
