Tuesday, Dec. 8

Spencer C. Edwards, 31, of 19 Rosemary St., New London, was charged with second-degree burglary, second-degree criminal trespass, third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace, 9:13 p.m.

Jennifer R. Apted, 44, of 25-C Church St., East Windsor, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive right, 11:45 p.m.

Saturday, Dec. 12

Geno A. Cianfaglione, 62, of 69 Livingston Rd., East Hartford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear (two counts), operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of marker, operating without minimum insurance and operating under suspension, 8:25 a.m.
