Lucious Mathis, 41, of 189 Newington Dr., West Hartford, was charged with disorderly conduct, 1:28 a.m.

Monday, Jan. 18

Pablo Martinez, 59, of 82 Winter St., New Britain, was charged with engaging police in pursuit, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of marker, operating without minimum insurance, operating under suspension, speeding and failure to obey traffic control signals, 10:28 a.m.
