Thursday, June 24

Muhammad Farooq, 45, of 311 Hilton Dr., South Windsor, was charged with second-degree breach of peace (two counts), 10:54 a.m.

Keyshawn Rothman, 22, of 105 East Center St., Manchester, was charged with third-degree burglary (two counts), second-degree criminal mischief (two counts) and sixth-degree larceny (two counts), 1:13 p.m.
