Michael R. Lemieux, 41, of 24 Governors Hwy., South Windsor, was charged with risk of injury to a child and disorderly conduct, 11:40 p.m.

Wednesday, March 3

Raquel Quinones, 23, of 141 Twin Circle Dr., South Windsor, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 5:53 p.m.

Thursday, March 4

Gilberto Lozada, 52, of 199 Adelaide St., Hartford, was charged with operating under the influence, possession of narcotics, drinking while driving, operating under suspension and failure to display lights, 1:29 a.m.

Friday, March 5

Marcia L. Locke, 44, of 35 Main St., Lot E-4, South Windsor, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and violation of a protective order, 1:11 a.m.

Saturday, March 6

Kurt T. Niemiec, 52, of 42 Birch Hill Dr., South Windsor, was charged with operating under the influence and following too closely, 1:00 p.m.
