Christian Lorenza, 20, of 170 Campfield Ave., Hartford, was charged with illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle and possession of a controlled substance, 5:42 p.m.

Georgette R. Johnson, 53, of 51 Brickett St., Springfield, Mass., was charged with second-degree identity theft and third-degree forgery, 8:03 p.m.
