Katlyn Porter, 30, of 83 Rivermead Blvd., East Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny and second-degree failure to appear, 3:30 p.m.

Thomas E. Schmidt, 37, of 69 Clintonville Rd., Northford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, 3:30 p.m.

James D. Welch, 40, of 185 Pine st., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, operating under suspension, theft of marker plate and misuse of marker plate, 3:30 p.m.

Irvin B. Meyers, 55, of 48 Forest St., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny (two counts), 8:11 p.m.

Tahj Hutchinson, 22, of 5 Cinnamon Springs, South Windsor, was charged with first-degree manslaughter, 9:00 p.m.

Saturday, May 22

Brianna R. Bushey, 23, of 565 Foster St., South Windsor, was charged with risk of injury to a child and third-degree larceny, 3:55 p.m.

Jovanni Rodriguez, 32, of 28 Bolton St., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 8:33 p.m.

Sunday, May 23

Anthony J. Duchette, 18, of 38 Courtland St., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 9:36 a.m.

Monday, May 24

Raquan J. Byrdsong, 25, of 2 Wildwood St., New Britain, was charged with third-degree larceny and second-degree forgery, 12:41 p.m.
