Samantha B. Vallejo, 28, of 949 Pleasant Valley Rd., Unit 10-5, South Windsor, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 4:03 p.m.

Darek O. Romann, 29, of 32 Parkhurst Dr., Vernon, was charged with operating under the influence and following too closely, 4:05 p.m.

Michael J. Balesano, 37, of 21 Farmstead Dr., South Windsor, was charged with violation of a protective order, 6:26 p.m.
