Desonte R. Jolivet, 30, of 279 Garden St., Hartford, was charged with operating under the influence, operating under suspension and failure to drive in proper lane, 1:13 a.m.

Tequan Colvin, 27, of 210 Wakefield Cir., East Hartford, was charged with first-degree robbery, carrying a dangerous weapon, second-degree breach of peace and first-degree threatening, 10:45 a.m.
