Richard W. Mercier, 57, of 70 Forrest Lake Dr., Atlanta, Ga., was charged with operating under the influence, third-degree assault and reckless endangerment, 6:57 a.m.

Dylan D. Vadakin, 28, of 80 Greene Ave., Canaan, was charged with failure to respond to an infraction, 10:57 a.m.

Thursday, Nov. 12

Heather M. Michinko, 31, of 8 Beaver Brooks Rd., Danbury, was charged with fourth-degree larceny, 11:27 a.m.

Monday, Nov. 16
