South Windsor Doctor Fined In Cancer Case
A South Windsor doctor has been disciplined by state authorities in a cancer case.
SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — A South Windsor doctor has been slapped with a hefty fine in a case of follow-up procedures for a cancer patient.
Records show that the Connecticut Medical Examining Board on July 16, reprimanded Dr. William Guinan of South Windsor and fined him $10,000 in the decade-old case.

Guinan no longer practices gynecology and obstetrics but works for a New Britain company that deals with work-related injuries, state records show. He was also placed on licensing probation, records show.
