SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — The latest Connecticut high school softball poll features a unique aspect: not one position in the top 10 is filled by the same team that occupied it the week prior.

St. Joseph unanimously moved into the top position, earning all 16 first-place votes to surpass Masuk. North Haven moved up a spot into third, switching places with Trumbull, while West Haven improved a spot to crack the top five.

South Windsor moved up one place in the rankings, finishing seventh in the most recent balloting.
