South Windsor Man Charged On Drug Warrant

The man is accused of involvement in trafficking large amounts of marijuana through his South Windsor home.

SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — A narcotics task force recently conducted a search and seizure warrant at a home on Skyline Drive, resulting in the arrest of a resident believed to be involved in trafficking large amounts of marijuana.

Philip Brown, 40, was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to sell, operating a drug factory, risk of injury to a child, possession of more than a half-ou0nce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He posted a $100,000 surety bond, and is slated to appear May 17 in Manchester Superior Court.

On April 16, the East Central Narcotics Task Force executed a search and seizure warrant at Brown's residence, and located about four pounds of marijuana and about $15,000 in cash.
