South Windsor Man Hurt In Tolland Motorcycle Crash: Report

A South Windsor man was seriously hurt in a motorcycle crash in Tolland Tuesday.

TOLLAND, CT — A South Windsor motorcycle driver traveling on state Route 30 fell from his sport bike and was hit by a trailing car Tuesday In Tolland, a state police report indicates.

State police released a report on the crash Wednesday morning. The collision took place at 4:25 p.m., according to the report.

State police said 27-year-old South Windsor resident Parker Deming was on his 2014 Yamaha Fz09 traveling south on Route 30 and suddenly fell from the sport bike.

A 2013 Toyota Corolla drive by a 57-year-old Watham, MA, woman was behind him, according to a crash report. Her car then hit the bike from behind, according to the report.

Deming was taken to Hartford Hospital via ambulance with suspected serious injuries, state police said.
