SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — South Windsor police are asking the public for assistance as they investigate a Monday morning crash involving a dump truck.

The crash took place at about 11:30 am. on John Fitch Boulevard (Route 5) at the Interstate-291 westbound ramp. It involved a gray Lexus and a white dump truck.
