Niko Leblanc, 23, of 110 Walnut St. Manchester, was arrested on a re-arrest warrant Thursday and charged with Failure to Appear in the Second degree and was later released on a surety bond. Leblanc is scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court on February 6, 2014. Leblanc's charge stems from a missed court date for a November 2013 motor vehicle charge.
On Thursday, January 16, 2014 at about 8:00 p.m. South Windsor Police officers responded to a report of a motor vehicle violation on Sullivan Avenue. A citizen reported a vehicle swerving and driving in the wrong lane. Officers located the suspect vehicle on Sullivan Avenue in a shopping plaza. Following a series of field sobriety tests officers arrested the operator, Kristin Busch, age 42, of 104 Marbella Lane, Tolland, CT. She was charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol and Failure to Drive Right. Busch was later released on a $1500.00 non-surety bond and is scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court on February 3, 2014.
