South Windsor Raises More Than $10,000 for Special Olympics

The funds were raised at the Fall Fest & Haunted Torch Walk.

From the South Windsor Police Department:

On behalf of the South Windsor Police Department, South Windsor Recreation Department and other South Windsor groups, thank you to everyone who participated in the 2014 Fall Fest and Haunted Torch Walk. This year we raised over $10,000!! The proceeds will benefit the Special Olympics of Connecticut. The Haunted Torch Walk is part of our efforts to raise money for that great organization.

Special thanks to all the vendors and supporters, particularly Maneeley’s Catering and Billy Mitchell & ESI. Additional information is available from South Windsor Police Agent Ron Littell at ronald.littell@southwindsor.org.
