South Windsor Refuse And Recycling Collection Remains On Schedule

Refuse and recycling collection WILL REMIAN ON SCHEDULE for Thursday, February 18 and Friday, February 19, 2021. Please place your containers curbside no later than 7:00 am on your scheduled day. In the event that refuse and recyclables collection will be delayed, a recorded message will be made on the Town Hall, Public Works phone line (860-644-2511 ext. 343).

We remind residents that the refuse and recycling containers must be placed at the curb no more than three feet from the curb or edge of the road for collection. Please DO NOT place containers in the streets. Placing the containers on the streets narrows the roads for traffic flow which may lead to having it damaged from autos or during snow removal.
