SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — A quick stop at a Route 30 convenience store wound up being a wise decision for a CT Lottery scratch ticket buyer.

Misael Rodriguez won $10,000 on a 30X Cash 7th Edition ticket purchased at the Oakland Express Convenience Store at 249 Oakland St. Rodriguez's prize was claimed Friday.
