South Windsor Teen Arrested on 'Sexting' Charges
Justin Rondeau,18, faces charges of risk of injury to a minor and disorderly conduct.
A South Windsor man is facing several charges stemming from alleged December incidents in which he sent inappropriate text messages and photos of male genitalia to a juvenile acquaintance.
Justin Rondeau, 18, of 7 Debbie Drive, was charged on Thursday with six counts of risk of injury to a minor and four counts of disorderly conduct.
