Two Arrested After Allegedly Lying About Accident
Motor vehicle accident took place in July on Nevers Road.

A South Windsor young woman was arrested Sunday with a Manchester man after police caught up with them and served arrest warrants for the pair relating to a motor vehicle accident in July.
According to police, Victoria Kebalo, 22, of 47 Deming St., South Windsor and Robert Walker, 27, of 74 West Middle Tpke., Manchester were involved in an accident on Nevers Road in July. Kebalo reportedly lied that she had been driving to cover for Walker who had a suspended license.
Both charged with interfering with an officer and Walker was also charged with operating a motor vehicle while license was under suspension. Â

They were both later released on a promise to appear and were scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court on Oct. 17.
