Two Young Women Arrested in Alleged Beating Incident
Incident reportedly occurred in September 2013.

South Windsor Police have arrested two young women after an incident in which another young woman reported being beaten.
According to police, the victim reported the assault in September 2013, the day after it allegedly took place at a home on Ellington Road, and said several unknown young women had punched her in the head.
Chelsea Burns, 19, of 85 Old Town Road, Vernon, was arrested on Jan. 16 by warrant and charged with breach of peace. She was later released on a $500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court on Jan. 30.

Lindsey Messier, age 18, of 5 Sherman Ave. East Hartford, was arrested by warrant and charged with breach of peace. She was later released on a $500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court on Jan. 16.Â
