What's Open and Closed in South Windsor on Thanksgiving?

All South Windsor offices will be closed on Thursday and Friday in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday. 

The South Windsor Senior Center is hosting its second Thanksgiving dinner for those who registered but will otherwise be closed Thursday and Friday.

There will also be no trash or recycling pickup Thursday. Refuse pickup will be delayed one day.

South Windsor Arena will be closed on Thanksgiving but will be open Friday. See its Facebook page for details. Nomads is closed Thursday and opening Friday at 10 a.m. 

South Windsor Public Schools will be closed the rest of the week. South Windsor Public Library will be closed on Thursday and reopen Friday.

The Town Hall will be closed Thursday and Friday.

If you need to grab some last minute ingredients for your Thanksgiving feast on Thursday, Stop & Shop will be open Thursday from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Regular hours resume Friday. Geissler's will be closed for Thanksgiving.
