Chainsaws Taken From Willington Property

Chainsaws were stolen from a Willington property, state police said.

WILLINGTON, CT — Chainsaws were stolen from a Willington property, state police said.

At 10:41 a.m. on Monday, state police were called to a property on Moose Meadow Road for a larceny complaint.

The resident said several chainsaws had been stolen from a detached barn about a week-and-a-half earlier. The bandits entered the barn through an unlocked side door, according to a report.

There are currently no witnesses, but anyne with information on the theft can call state police at 860-896-3200.
