Construction Company Car Stolen In Willington
A car belonging to a construction company was stolen in Willington, state police said.

WILLINGTON, CT — A car belonging to a construction company was stolen in Willington, state police said.
On Tuesday at 7:06 p.m., state police were dispatched to 171 Tolland Turnpike to investigate a larceny complaint. An employee of Becker Construction said he saw three men take packages from a Honda Accord and move them to a gray 2002 Ford Escape that belonged to the company, a report indicates.
The men then stole the car and drove toward Interstate-84 and entered the westbound side of the highway, according to a report.

Trooper saw the vehicle near Exit 64, but had to call off a pursuit a short time later, according to a report. State police said the car was located later that night on Laurel Street in Hartford and returned to the owner.
