More Charges Filed Against Burglary Suspect From Willington
Seven additional warrants were served early Wednesday morning on a suspect in a string of area burglaries and larcenies.

STAFFORD-WILLINGTON, CT — A convicted felon arrested Monday after crashing a stolen pickup truck in Stafford was served early Wednesday morning with seven additional warrants, stemming from an investigation into a string of thefts which began in early February.
The additional charges levied against Brandon Prince, 21, of Willington, include five counts each of third-degree larceny and second-degree criminal mischief, and single counts of first-degree criminal mischief, tampering with a motor vehicle, criminal trover, first-degree larceny, third-degree burglary and criminal attempt to commit third-degree burglary. Bonds on the new charges total $550,000.

State police said following his arrest Monday, Prince admitted involvement in multiple burglaries and larcenies in the Tolland County area. Multiple cases are still under investigation, and additional arrest warrants against Prince are expected, police said.
