Stafford Man Arrested In Road Rage Incident: State Police

A Stafford man has been charged in connection with a road rage incident.

STAFFORD, CT — A Stafford man was arrested on charges related to a road rage incident, according to police. Steven Kellner, 31, of 8 Hopyard Road, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under suspension, possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, and second-degree breach of peace.

State police said they received a call Wednesday at 11:51 a.m. reporting a disturbance on West Street. Kellner was arrested and take into custody.

His bond was set at $2500 and he is scheduled to appear in Rockville Superior Court March 31.
