Stafford Schools to Open Late Thursday
Overnight freezing rain has created icy road conditions in parts of Connecticut.
STAFFORD, CT — Freezing rain fell during the overnight hours into Thursday morning, causing Stafford school officials to decide to follow the 2-hour delayed opening schedule. There will be no morning Pre-K classes.
