3-Day Project Set To Begin On Route 74 In Tolland

TOLLAND, CT — A three-day construction project is set to begin Thursday on Route 74 in Tolland, officials said.

Seaboard Drilling, a contractor for the Connecticut Department of Transportation will be performing a "core drilling project" over the Skungamaug River culvert on Route 74 Thursday at approximately 8 a.m., officials said.

The project should be finished on Monday, they added.

Seaboard will be employing traffic control measures through the Resident State Trooper.s Office.
