TOLLAND, CT — A wayward truck rolled out the barrels on Dockerel Road in Tolland Saturday morning and it wasn't a barrel of fun for first responders.

The incident took place just before 8 a.m., fire officials said.

A truck was on Dockerel Road at the intersection of Mile Hill Road and two containers fell off the vehicle, fire officials said. One of them broke and spilled an unidentified fluid on the road.

The Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection was called to the scene for cleanup. No hazard was declared.

The road remained open during the cleanup.
