Downed Tree, Wires Force Road Closure In Tolland.
A road in Tolland was closed Sunday in Tolland.
TOLLAND, CT — A section of Buff Cap Road in Tolland was closed for several hours Sunday when a tree fell and took wires with it.
Tolland Fire Department officials reported the tree down at about 11:45 a.m. along the 500 block of Buff Cap Road.
The road was closed as fire officials waited for a crew from Eversource Energy to arrive at the scene.
