 Fran and I drove through the Tolland Green over 25 years ago, fell in love with Tolland, and so we moved here.   It is a wonderful place to bring up your family.   But In regards to the Route 74 plan, that I made  comments earlier today.  We should spend this amount of money for projects that would be beneficial to the Town of Tolland.      The present traffic flow through town is not perfect,  but one must ask, to justify the cost, what does the new proposal accomplish.    It certainly does not solve the traffic issue on the Green and you know a second traffic light at the new intersection would be proposed by the state if there is still speeding issues.
