WILLINGTON, CT — Diego Alexander Espinoza-Guevra, 40, of Bristol, was charged with driving while under suspension, driving under the influence and a lane violation.

SOMERS, CT — Emile Berube, 44, of Windsor Locks, was charged with driving under the influence.

WILLINGTON, CT — Dwayne Walters, 24, of Windsor, was charged with the use drug paraphernalia, narcotics sales and possession of a controlled substance.

SOMERS, CT — Owen Mastroianni, 23, of Monson, MA, was charged with driving under the influence and a lane violation.

MANSFIELD, CT — Rithyvik Eshwara, 20, of Mansfield, was charged with second-degree forgery, failure to drive in the proper lane and driving under the influence.

MANSFIELD, CT — Thomas Spencer, 30, of Coventry, was charged with driving under the influence, tampering with an ignition lock system and unsafe movement of a stopped vehicle.

WILLINGTON, CT — John Maximowicz, 33, of Plainfield, was charged with narcotics possession, a turn signal violation, the sale of illegal drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.
