The Latest State Police Arrests Out Of Troop C

TOLLAND COUNTY, CT — Here are the latest arrests made by state police out of the Troop C barracks.

Feb. 6

MANSFIELD, CT — Richard Brown, 48, of Willimantic, was charged with first-degree harassment, second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening on a warrant. In a separate warrant, he was charged with second-degree criminal trespass and disorderly conduct.

ELLINGTON, CT — Michael Puttin, 21. of Ellington, was charged with violating conditions of release. He was also charged with third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault after an incident on Meadow Brook Road a day earlier.

ELLINGTON, CT — William Buchard, 59, of Manchester, was charged with interfering, sixth-degre larceny and second-degree breach of peace after police received reports of a man walking in the middle of West Road and "throwing items at traffic."

Feb. 5

TOLLAND, CT — Michael Gosselin, 54, of Coventry, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault on a warrant from a July incident Torry Road.

Jan. 31

WILLINGTON, CT — Milton Bano, 22, was charged with speeding (70 mph-plus), driving under the influence, delivery of drug paraphernalia, operation of a drug factory, possession of a hallucinogen, and possession of more than a half-ounce of cannabis. He was stopped after being clocked at better than 80 mph on I-84.

Jan. 30

SOMERS, CT — David Deschenes, 44, of Enfield, was charged with possession. of burglar tools, possession of a controlled substance and fifth-degree larceny after police investigated the theft of a catalytic converter on South Road.
