The Latest State Police/Troop C Arrests

TOLLAND COUNTY, CT — Here are the latest arrests made by state police out of the Troop C barracks.

Arrest log information reflects charges filed, which are not indications of guilt.

Sept. 1

MANSFIELD, CT — Wilfredo Vargas, 37, of Willimantic, was charged with sixth-degree larceny after an incident at the Mansfield Big Y.

Sept. 2

TOLLAND, CT — Lisa Christensen, 52, of Stafford, was charged with driving under the influence and failure to drive upon right after a state police received a 911 call reporting an erratic driver on Merrow Road.

Sept. 5

MANSFIELD, CT — Michael Woodward, 51, or Norwich, was charged with third-degree burglary on a warrant for a May incident. He was also charged with violation of probation.

Sept. 7

TOLLAND, CT — Jeffrey Grous, 55, of Vernon, was charged with driving under the influence after a motorcycle accident on Ellington Road.

Sept. 8

MANSFIELD, CT — David Rogers, 34, of Mansfield, was charged with third-degree criminal trespass and disorderly conduct after an incident on Separatist Road.
