The Latest State Police/Troop C Arrests

TOLLAND COUNTY, CT — Here are the latest arrests made by state police out of the Troop C barracks.

Oct. 1

MANSFIELD, CT — Dawn Knowles, 48, of Norwich, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass after a suspicious incident on Old Wood Road.

Oct. 2

TOLLAND, CT — Cherlene Brown, 44, of Tolland, was charged with driving under the influence after an incident on a local road.

Oct. 3

TOLLAND, CT — Jordan McCray, 23, of Mansfield, was charged with driving under the influence and a lane violation following a stop on Interstate-84 eastbound.

OCT 4

TOLLAND, CT — Karen McNutt, 57, of Southbridge, MA, was charged with driving under the influence after an incident on Interstate-84.

Oct. 6

TOLLAND, CT — Cundy Boor, 50, of Tolland, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct following an incident on Shenipsit Lake Road.

WILINGTON, CT — Rodger McDonald, 49, of Danielson, was charged with a lane violation and drunken driving after a stop on Route 74.

Oct. 7

MANSFIELD, CT — Seth Neborsky, 21, of Mansfield, was charged with second- and sixth-degree larceny on a warrant. He was subsequently charged with a probation violation.

TOLLAND, CT — Christopher Hignett, 42, of Scotland, CT, was charged with violating home improvement contract requirements on a warrant.

Oct. 9

ELLINGTON, CT — Casey Speers, 50, of Suffield, was charged with third-degree burglary, second-degree criminal trespass and third-degree criminal mischief in relation to a building break-in on West Road.
