STAFFORD, CT — Randy-Lyn Miller, 43, of Stafford, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault after a domestic incident on Ramio Road.
ELLINGTON, CT — Michael Wilson, 35, of East Hartford, was charged with driving under the influence, a window tint violation and driving while under suspension after a traffic stop on Hopkins Road.
WILLINGTON, CT — Vishnu Persaud, 40, of Hartford, was charged with driving under the influence, driving while under suspension and possession of less than a half-ounce of cannabis after a suspicious incident at the Sunoco station on River Road.
MANSFIELD, CT — Richard Mercier, 57, of Willimanrtic, was charged on a warrant with driving under the influence and driving the wrong way on a one-way street in connection with an incident on Route 6 in 2017.
