Colleen has lived in Tolland for 14 years and has two young children. I have known Colleen for nine of those years. I have watched her progress from a woman concerned about her own children’s journeys through school, into an active community member, staunch in her belief that all children’s welfare must be prioritized.
Colleen deeply believes every child deserves the best education possible – from kindergarten up.

She was a Tolland PTO member for three years, acting as Co-President for one, and has been on the Board of Education for 3 years, currently serving as Vice-Chair.
Colleen works tirelessly and transparently. I believe that her love and dedication to seeking solutions for
strengthening this community would be an asset for all of us. She makes sure residents’ voices are
heard and opinions considered. Colleen understands the process of working together to the same end,
and collaborates on exciting programs happening in Tolland schools that are beneficial to generating
future revenue, such as the L.E.A.P. Program (Learns, Excelling, and Progressing).
I have the privilege of calling her my friend and can say without a doubt that she is a person of strong
moral character and operates with integrity.
I believe Colleen Yudichak is the member the Board of Education needs to keep moving forward in the positive direction we require, especially during this unprecedented budget challenge - for us as a community, for our schools, and for our children.
Join me in voting for Colleen Yudichak on Nov. 7.
