Patch Letter: Endorsing Tammy Nuccio

TOLLAND, CT — To the Editor:

It is with deep pleasure that I write this letter to voters of State Representative District 53. In my

time of knowing Tammy Nuccio, she has impressed me with her ability to put people above
politics, her willingness to serve all her constituents without regard for party affiliation. I have
noticed in her time as the chair of the Tolland Town Council her desire to communicate through
the Chair Hour. She is a fighter for her constituents, willing to move forward concerns and
ideas. She is not interested in special interest groups, she will fight for you, her constituents.

This is why she wants to run for elected office.

I believe the district needs her tenacity in Hartford. It will serve the residents well to know that
she will advocate for them. She burst on the scene in 2017, it didn’t take long for her to make a
difference in Tolland. She will bring that same spirit to Hartford.

I whole heartedly endorse Tammy’s candidacy for this seat, and encourage folks to cast their
vote for her on November 3rd. It will be a decision that will not be a disappointment.
