A popular gym in Tolland is closing its doors in a matter of days.

TOLLAND, CT — A popular gym in Tolland is closing its doors in a matter of days.

In a letter to members dated Dec. 4, ownership said the gym at 200 Merrow Road would be closing at 9 a.m. on Dec. 14.

Ownership said in the letter it was "unsuccessful" in renewing the lease for the commercial space.

The letter offered members options to transfer to another location or to cancel by Dec. 10.

Cardio Express Opened in Tolland in July, 2008.
