Serious Motorcycle Crash In Tolland Sends 1 To Area Hospital
Tolland firefighters and state police are investigating a serious motorcycle crash.
TOLLAND, CT — A serious motorcycle accident closed a section of state Route 30 in Tolland for part of Tuesday afternoon, fire officials said.
The crash took place at about 4 p.m. on Crystal Lake Road and Doyle Road for a motorcycle accident. Crystal Lake Road is the local name for Route 30.
LifeStar was dispatched, fore officials said.

One person was being transported to a hospital in Hartford with serious injuries, fire officials said.
The area near Crystal Lake Road and Doyle Road was closed for an extended period of time while a state police accident reconstruction team investigated the accident.
