Tolland Animal Control Announce Online Service Issues
Due to a software update, customer numbers were printed on courtesy reminder postcards rather than the dog's current tag number.
From Tolland Animal Control: This is our second year offering online dog license renewals. For those of you who have already renewed your license online, we hope you have found it to be a convenient and helpful option for obtaining your dog's license.
Unfortunately, due to a software update previously unknown to us, customer numbers were printed on the courtesy reminder postcards rather than your dog's current tag number. When you click on the link to renew your dog's license, please make sure to enter the tag number of your current license which you will find attached to your dog's collar and also printed on last year's paper license. If you are unable to obtain this number and would like to use our online renewal program, please feel free to call us at 860-871-3630 and we will be happy to look up the current tag number(s).
