Tolland Library Presents Series to Help Local Business Owners
The series is focused on helping local business owners grow their businesses.

The Tolland Public Library will launch a series of informative lectures for small business owners on Dec. 2.
The first topic, Online Marketing For Small Businesses, will be presented by staff from the Connecticut Small Business Development Center at the University of Connecticut. Jodi Coombs, the center’s marketing and communications manager, and Greg Lewis, its business advisor, will provide advice on how to use online marketing techniques for expand your business.
The center, which receives federal and state funding, provides no-cost advising services to prospective and existing business owners who are seeking to start or expand their businesses.
The event, set for 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. in Conference Room A of the Tolland Town Hall at 21 Tolland Green, will also give business owners a chance to network, gain knowledge and learn more about the CT Small Business Center.
The event is free, but registration is required. To register, call the Tolland Public Library at 860-871-3620.
