The Tolland Lions ball field renovation will be completed for the opening of spring 2018 baseball season.
Lions Field Renovation Project
The Tolland Lions Club ball field renovation project is on target for completion for the opening of the spring 2018 baseball season. This project is made possible through the combined efforts of the Tolland Highway Department, Tolland Lions Club, and Tolland Little League. The Tolland Lions Club raised $24,000 and the Tolland Little League raised $15,000 for the renovation. Many trades people and companies supported the renovation of the field - Surber Woodworking, Roman Electric, Banner Water, BRJ Co., Raintech, Winding Brook Turf Farm, All Phase Electric Supply, Paul Yavis (Autobody Supplies and Paint) and Nate Zahner.
