Tolland Obituary: Jeanne Kosciw, 56

Jeanne (Menard) Kosciw, 56, of Vernon passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 17, 2018 at home with her family by her side.

She was born April 5, 1962 to the late Paul and Annette (Chartier) Menard. Jeanne was full of life, passionate about fishing, gardening and bird photography - some of her work was featured in Cornell University Ornithology Lab.

She worked as a Phlebotomist in Tolland where her patients were very precious to her. She was a former volunteer EMT with the Tolland Emergency Services. She also had an abundance of patience when it came to teaching various skills.

She is survived by her sisters; Cecile Fragoso, Michelle Ragle and her husband Rodney, Anita Heady and her husband Bill; her best friend much like a sister, Theresa Feliciano; her nephews, AJ Fragaso, Darrel and Bryan Box and her faithful companions, her dog Hank and her cat Gypsy.

Tolland Memorial Funeral Home is handling arrangements. Relatives and friends may join the family for a Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday, June 30, 2018 at 10:00 am at St. Matthew Church, Tolland Green, Tolland.
