March 22
A 39-year-old Tolland woman was taken to Rockville Hospital for precautionary reasons after the car she was driving left the roadway and struck a rock before rolling over. The woman was traveling on Old Stafford Road in a Mazda MZ5 when she attempted to make a restricted turn while using a hand-held mobile device.

Gena Twarz, 49, of 145 Anthony Road, Tolland, was arrested and charged with speeding, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.
March 27

Jeffrey S. Walker, 24, of 2459 Ellington Road, South Windsor, was arrested and charged in Tolland with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failing to drive in the proper lane.
March 28
Charles Booker, 56, of 141 Walbridge Hill Road, was arrested and charged in Stafford with possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, misusing a marker plate and having defective wipers. According to police, troopers pulled Booker over and found that he had nine needles of cocaine and two vials of cocaine packaged for street level sale on his possession.
