Tolland Police Blotter: Nov. 16 - 22

The following arrest and other police activity reports, provided by Connecticut State Police Troop C in Tolland, are accurate as of November 16, 2012. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

November 16

Jarod Michael Chvick, 32, of Brooklyn, CT, was charged with speeding, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Jeffrey M. Oller II, 21, of 150 Noah Lane, Tolland, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, making an improper turn and failure to wear a seatbelt. According to police, Oller was traveling on Route 190 in Stafford when he struck a parked car in the westbound shoulder.

November 17

Police are investigating the theft of the Kollas Orchard business sign from the New Road property.

Police are investigating the theft of Christmas decorations from the front yard of residential property on Walbridge Hill Road.

November 18

Bonnie L. Ganley, 47, of 47 Old Farms Road, Tolland, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass and first-degree criminal mischief stemming from an incident on Oct. 10.

November 20

Andrew Swegman, 35, of 12 Rau St. Ext, Rockville, was charged with third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief and third-degree larceny.

Jeffrey James Wolff, 24, of 184 Kate Lane, Tolland, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to grant the right of way.
