All dog licenses purchased from June 1, 2020 to present are considered current and owners may renew their licenses beginning June 1, 2021.

Residents no longer owning a dog can contact 860-871-3676 to update the licensing database or by sending an email to animalcontrol@tolland.org. Residents should include the owner's name, address and the dog’s name and state why the dog isn't licensed.

Fines could be $75 for each unlicensed dog.
