Tolland's Inaugural Scarecrow Contest Hits The Green

TOLLAND, CT — Scarecrows have descended on the Tolland Green, all part of the Tolland Permanent Celebration Committee's inaugural scarecrow contest for local businesses and civic groups.

The committee us encouraging residents to walk along the Green through Oct 31 to see the scarecrows.

Each display has a sign and a registration number. Residents can pick their favorite scarecrows and cast a vote for first, second and third place in both categories.
