Tree Falls On Vehicle On Road In Tolland

TOLLAND, CT — A tree fell on a vehicle along a stretch of road in Tolland over the weekend.

The incident took place on Saturday on Old Stafford Road, between Buff Cap Road and Fernwood Drive, fire officials said.

The tree fell on the vehicle in the middle of the road, fire officials said. No injuries were reported, but power was out for a short time in the area.

Old Stafford Road was closed while repairs were made.
